Job Shift – Night - 5 Days a Week – Saturday & Sunday Off
Major Experience Needed :
· Live Underwriting
· 4Cs of Underwriting
· Income Calculations – LTV, DTI Calculations
· Credit Report or Credit Analysis
· Asset Review
· Income Documents Analysis
· knowledge in the areas of income, assets, and credit
Mortgage Underwriter Skills and Requirements
· Experience in loan underwriting in QM and Non Qm loans for 1-6 years
· Experience in Live Underwriting
· Good working knowledge of mortgage loan underwriting of 4 C’s.
· Working experience in income calculation, DTI calculation, LTV calculation.
· Reviewer is responsible for assessing mortgage files as per applicable selling guides and the lender overlays.
· Review and verify loan applications and supporting documentation.
· Analyze loan risk and request additional information as necessary.
· Determine if the risk covering the mortgage loans is permissible per guidelines and covered adequately
· Good knowledge of collateral underwriting, non-QM income also reviews the assets.
· Review and specify loan conditions as necessary.
· Document and efficiently communicating reasons for the approval/rejection of loans.
