Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and maintain accurate medical records.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Supervise and guide junior nurses and nursing assistants.
- Coordinate with doctors, specialists, and healthcare teams for patient care plans.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, infection control, and safety standards.
- Handle emergency situations and critical patient care.
- Train and mentor nursing staff on procedures and best practices.
- Manage shift schedules and allocate duties.
- Communicate with patients and families regarding treatment and recovery.
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
