Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, confident, and target-driven Inside Sales Executives who are passionate about sales and customer interaction.
Your role will involve speaking with customers who have shown interest in our services, understanding their business goals, explaining Shoppingara's solutions, and converting leads into successful clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact leads generated through Facebook, Instagram, Google, and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and business goals.
- Explain Shoppingara's business model and service packages.
- Conduct product presentations over phone or video call.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers.
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with onboarding and customer success teams after sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic English communication.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle objections confidently.
- Good listening skills.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
Eligibility
- Education: Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Experience: 1–3 years in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Customer Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
