Job Details:
Position: Trauma Informed Psychologist
Salary: ₹25,000 per month
Location: New Delhi
Job Requirements:
- Design and deliver training programs for police personnel on trauma-informed care and support
- Conduct workshops and sensitization sessions for stakeholders, including police officials, prosecutors and other relevant authorities
- Travel to different locations within Delhi NCR to provide on-site support and services as required
- Develop and implement protocols for trauma-informed care and support services
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to organizational policies
Qualifications:
- 1.5-2years of experience working with trauma survivors, preferably in a similar setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work with diverse populations
- Flexibility to travel to different locations within Delhi NCR
- Proficiency in Hindi and English languages
