Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care and support to clients in a mental health and wellness environment. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring patient health conditions, administering medications as prescribed, assisting doctors during consultations and medical procedures, and responding effectively to emergencies or first-aid situations.
The role includes maintaining accurate patient records, preparing reports, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring proper documentation of treatments and observations. The Staff Nurse will also be responsible for maintaining infection control protocols, hygiene standards, and patient safety measures within the facility.
The candidate should be able to coordinate with psychiatrists, psychologists, counsellors, and other departments to ensure smooth patient care and recovery. Providing emotional support and guidance to clients and families, ensuring compliance with medical protocols, and participating in ongoing training and professional development activities are also part of the responsibilities.
Requirements:
- B.Sc Nursing / GNM Nursing
- Valid Nursing Registration
- Minimum experience preferred in hospital or rehabilitation settings
- Good communication and patient-handling skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
