Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 In-hand per month

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in processing and verifying trade finance documents such as Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), and Import/Export Bills.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for smooth execution of trade transactions.
- Make outbound and inbound calls to clients for document collection, follow-ups, and transaction updates.
- Maintain effective communication with customers and resolve basic queries professionally.
- Coordinate with banks and internal departments to ensure timely completion of trade finance activities.
- Maintain and update records of trade-related documents and customer interactions.
- Support the preparation of MIS reports, transaction summaries, and operational reports.
- Learn and apply trade finance, compliance, and banking operation processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to learn and build a career in banking and financial services.
