About the Role
We are looking for a Sales & Growth Associate who can help drive business, build client relationships, and contribute to overall company growth. This role involves lead generation, client interaction, pitching solutions, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients
- Generate leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant solutions
- Work with internal teams to create proposals and presentations
- Handle client meetings and follow-ups
- Close deals and contribute to revenue targets
- Maintain lead and sales data
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, growth, or client-facing roles
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and target-oriented
- Comfortable with client interaction and pitching
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
