We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven Field Sales Executives to expand our customer base and drive business growth.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Meet prospective clients including schools, hospitals, corporates, manufacturing industries, hotels, retail chains, and other institutions.
- Present Dacs Inc's products and services, including uniforms, safety wear, corporate apparel, school uniforms, promotional merchandise, and accessories.
- Conduct product demonstrations and understand customer requirements.
- Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the sales support team.
- Follow up on enquiries, negotiations, and order closures.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the merchandising, production, and operations teams to ensure timely execution of customer orders.
- Maintain daily reports of customer visits, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer trends.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers as per company policies.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage field activities efficiently.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
- QualificationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
- Candidates with relevant sales experience and strong field exposure are encouraged to apply.
- Experience1–5 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, corporate sales, institutional sales, or garment/uniform sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong passion for sales may also apply.

Candidates should have experience in:
- B2B sales and institutional sales
- Client acquisition and field sales activities
- Meeting corporate clients, schools, hospitals, industries, hotels, and offices
- Product presentations and negotiations
- Managing key accounts and developing long-term customer relationships
- Achieving sales targets and generating new business opportunities
Candidates with an existing network of contacts in corporates, industries, schools, hospitals, hospitality, or manufacturing sectors will be an added advantage.
