Job Responsibilities:
- Handle all day-to-day back office and administrative activities.
- Maintain records, files, and office documents.
- Perform accurate data entry and update company databases.
- Prepare Quotations, Purchase Orders (PO), Invoices, Delivery Challans, and other business documents.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal departments through phone calls and emails.
- Follow up on orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Manage email correspondence and maintain proper documentation.
- Prepare reports using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Support management with administrative tasks and daily office operations.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain office discipline.
Required Skills:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
