Position: International Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and self-motivated International Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth in international markets. The candidate will be responsible for generating international sales, developing new overseas customers/distributors, promoting company products globally, building long-term client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in international business development and sales. Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in international sales will be preferred. Experience in the pharmaceutical / medical / healthcare industry will be an added advantage. Freshers or candidates with internship exposure in international sales may also be considered, provided they have completed MBA / PGDM in International Business or Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
- Generate sales from overseas clients, distributors, importers, hospitals, institutions, and channel partners.
- Promote company products in international markets through emails, calls, online B2B platforms, and direct client interaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers and business partners.
- Handle end-to-end sales process from lead generation, client communication, negotiation, and closing business deals.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly international sales targets set by the company.
- Conduct market research to identify potential countries, customers, competitors, and product demand.
- Represent the company professionally in international trade fairs, exhibitions, virtual meetings, and business discussions.
- Prepare and share quotations, product details, presentations, and business proposals with overseas clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of confirmed orders and customer requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-up for repeat business, customer retention, and payment collection where required.
- Keep proper records of leads, customer discussions, sales pipeline, and business development activities.
Required Skills and Competency:

- Good command over written and spoken English.
- Ability to develop and manage international client relationships.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve sales targets.
- Understanding of international markets and export sales processes will be preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and online lead generation platforms.

- Ability to generate and convert overseas leads.
- Strong commercial understanding and customer-handling skills.
- Experience in handling B2B international clients will be preferred.
- Pharma/medical export exposure will be an advantage.
