- Monitor customer outstanding balances and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly ageing reports.
- Follow up with customers for timely payment through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Ensure collection of overdue payments as per agreed credit terms.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to resolve payment-related issues and collection delays.
- Verify customer credit limits and recommend revisions based on payment history and financial risk.
- Review and release customer orders after confirming credit availability and payment status.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
- Prepare collection forecasts and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain accurate customer records, payment commitments, and collection updates.
- Escalate long-pending or high-risk accounts to management for appropriate action.
- Support statutory audits by providing receivable-related documents and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company credit policies and internal financial controls.
