Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Executive to join our Motor Insurance BPO team. The ideal candidate should have prior sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide excellent service.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and escalations effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Meet or exceed sales and service targets.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to enhancing the customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 1–2 years of sales experience (Mandatory).
- Age: 24–35 years.
- Languages: Fluency in Kannada along with Tamil or Telugu (Mandatory).
- Proven experience in customer relationship management and sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
