Job Summary
We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a valid Certificate of Practice (COP) to join our firm. The candidate will be responsible for handling taxation, audits, financial advisory, statutory compliances, and providing strategic business and tax consultancy to clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Direct and Indirect Tax Advisory.
- Handle Income Tax, GST, and other statutory compliances.
- Conduct Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Tax Audits, and Due Diligence.
- Review financial statements and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Advise clients on tax planning, business structuring, and financial strategies.
- Represent clients before Income Tax, GST, and other statutory authorities.
- Supervise and review accounting, audit, and compliance assignments.
- Assist in business incorporation, restructuring, and regulatory matters.
- Guide clients on government schemes, incentives, and tax optimization.
- Lead and mentor the accounts, audit, and taxation team.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a valid Certificate of Practice (COP).
- Strong knowledge of Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, and other statutory laws.
- Experience in handling audits, taxation, and advisory assignments.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and client management skills.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Office, and accounting software.
