As a talent acquisition expert, you will play a key role in helping our company attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting in the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers.
2. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
3. Utilizing various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
4. Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
5. Conducting initial screenings and assessments to ensure the quality of candidates presented to hiring managers.
6. Assisting in the coordination of recruitment events and job fairs to promote our employer brand.
7. Providing administrative support throughout the recruitment process, including updating candidate records and coordinating interview schedules.

Who can apply

1. Recruiter must have minimum six months of an experience in an end to end recruitment { hiring candidates of international BPOs }

1. UG/Graduate

3. Must be a positive thinker & ready to work under pressure
4. Must be able to achieve targets
Salary: Annual CTC: ₹ 180000 - 3,00,000 /year
Incentives: Upto one lakh monthly
Shift: 11 am to 7 pm
Work from home: Only on Friday
Week off: Sunday & all national holidays
