About the Role
Aspire Techsoft is hiring an experienced Technical Corporate Trainer to deliver hands-on, project-based training on Microsoft Technologies and the .NET 10 Development Stack. The trainer will train students and working professionals, making them industry-ready through practical, real-world project exposure.
Required Skills
- C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, .NET Core / .NET 10 (latest .NET technologies)
- ASP.NET MVC, Web API, RESTful Services
- Entity Framework / EF Core
- SQL Server – database design & query optimization
- LINQ, Dependency Injection, Authentication & Authorization
- Windows Application Development
- Microservices Architecture
- Microsoft Azure (basic to intermediate)
- Git, CI/CD, Agile practices
- Strong understanding of SDLC and industry best practices
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver offline classroom training on Microsoft & .NET technologies
- Prepare course content, assignments, lab exercises, and assessments
- Guide learners through live projects, coding standards, and industry practices
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, technical discussions, and mock interviews
- Track learner progress and provide mentoring support
- Keep training content updated with the latest technology trends
Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of experience as a Software Developer, Team Lead, or Technical/Corporate Trainer
- Proven training experience with a strong client/institute portfolio
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for practical learning
- Passion for teaching and knowledge sharing
Eligibility
- Must be based in Pune or willing to work from Pune
- Available for offline/classroom training (4 days a week)
- Corporate trainers and freelancers with strong industry clientele can also apply
- Only Pune-based trainers will be considered
