We're hiring a dedicated AI Marketing Specialist to own our AI-powered marketing pipeline end-to-end — someone who will become the person in the company who actually understands how to direct AI tools toward real conversion outcomes, not just "make content."
This is a builder role, not a "manage the agency" role. You'll be hands-on every day generating, reviewing, and optimizing creative, and running campaigns directly inside Meta Ads Manage
Who We're Looking For
We genuinely don't care whether you've run Meta Ads campaigns before or whether you've touched AI generation tools before. We care about which of these describes you, and we're open to either:
You're AI-native: you've used tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or similar regularly, you're comfortable experimenting and prompting your way to a better output, and you're willing to learn performance marketing and Meta Ads fundamentals from scratch. Or, you're marketing-native: you understand performance marketing, funnels, and what makes an ad convert, even if your experience is junior or platform knowledge is incomplete, and you're excited to learn AI creative tools as your primary production method rather than hiring out to agencies or freelancers.
What matters more than either background: you have real attention to detail and won't ship sloppy output just because "the AI made it." You're comfortable with ambiguity and a workflow that's still evolving — this isn't a role with a five-year playbook to follow. You're a fast, independent learner who can pick up new tools without hand-holding. You think in terms of "did this work and why," not just "did I post something today."
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
