Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive sales of our ERP solution for the jewellery industry. The role involves identifying jewellery retailers, wholesalers, and manufacturers, understanding their business needs, presenting SIONIQ product offerings, and supporting the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, field sales experience, and an interest in technology-driven solutions for the jewellery sector.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate leads from jewellery retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, and distributors.

Conduct market visits, cold calls, referrals, and follow-ups to build a strong sales pipeline.

Understand customer requirements related to billing, inventory, manufacturing, POS, CRM, accounting, RFID, and reporting.

Present and explain product features, benefits, and business value to prospective customers.

Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations with senior sales or product teams.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic commercial discussions with prospects.

Follow up regularly with leads and move opportunities through the sales funnel.

Build and maintain strong relationships with jewellery business owners, managers, and decision-makers.

Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, demos, follow-ups, and closures in CRM.

Track competitor activity, customer feedback, and market trends in the jewellery industry.

Coordinate with implementation and support teams for smooth customer onboarding after closure.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education
Graduate in Business, Marketing, Commerce, IT, or related field
Experience
3-7 years in field sales, ERP sales, SaaS sales, software sales, or jewellery industry sales
Industry Knowledge
Understanding of jewellery retail, wholesale, or manufacturing processes is preferred
Communication
Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Technical Comfort
Ability to explain software features and business benefits clearly
Language Skills
English and local language proficiency preferred
Travel
Willingness to travel locally for client visits and demos
Preferred Candidate Profile
