Job Title: Dispatch Executive

Job Summary
The Dispatch Executive is responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and hygienic dispatch of food products from the central kitchen or warehouse to retail outlets, distributors, B2B customers, and e-commerce customers. The role involves coordinating with production, inventory, logistics, and delivery teams while maintaining food safety standards and dispatch documentation.
Key Responsibilities Dispatch Operations
- Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules.
- Verify dispatch orders against invoices and delivery challans.
- Ensure correct product quantity, batch number, expiry date, and packaging before dispatch.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of products.
- Prepare dispatch manifests and loading sheets.
Inventory & Documentation
- Maintain dispatch records in ERP/Excel.
- Update stock movement after dispatch.
- Prepare invoices, e-way bills (where applicable), and delivery challans.
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.
- Reconcile dispatched quantities with warehouse inventory.
Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate with delivery executives, transport vendors, and third-party logistics partners.
- Plan delivery routes for maximum efficiency.
- Track vehicle departures and delivery status.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues with customers and internal teams.
Quality & Food Safety
- Ensure all dispatched products meet quality standards.
- Verify packaging integrity before dispatch.
- Maintain cold chain requirements for temperature-sensitive products.
- Follow FSSAI, HACCP, and company hygiene standards.
Customer Support
- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams regarding urgent orders.
- Handle delivery shortages, returns, and replacement requests.
- Ensure high on-time delivery performance.
Reporting
- Prepare daily dispatch reports.
- Monitor dispatch accuracy and delivery timelines.
- Report damages, shortages, and operational issues to management.
- Maintain dispatch MIS and performance records.
Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
