Basic SOP for GM Sales:
Leading the entire vehicle sales operation of the dealership, driving retail sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, market penetration, and team performance. The role requires strategic planning, operational excellence, leadership, and strict adherence to OEM and dealership policies.
The GM Sales shall oversee all sales functions including showroom sales, exchange, finance, insurance, corporate sales, digital leads, customer retention, and sales team development.
