Eligibility
✅ BMLT / B.Sc MLT / DMLT
✅ Valid Paramedical Council Registration (Mandatory)
✅ Minimum 5 Years of Experience in a Diagnostic Laboratory
✅ Experience in team handling and laboratory supervision will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day laboratory operations
- Ensure quality control and compliance with laboratory standards
- Supervise laboratory staff and workflow
- Maintain records, reports, and inventory
- Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with doctors and healthcare professionals
Skills Required
- Leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of laboratory quality standards and procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a healthcare environment
