We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Senior Technical Leader to drive Engineering Simulation within Siemens Digital Industries Consulting. You will lead the adoption and delivery of next‑generation, high‑fidelity simulation capabilities across the Siemens stack, bridging traditional CAE/Test to build advance Simulation process , digital twins in automotive, aerospace and heavy engineering. You will solve complex Multiphysics problems, develop Digital twins with 1D math models / ROM models, and lead a high‑performing team to demonstrate, secure, and deliver cutting‑edge client projects.
Key responsibilities :
Lead the consulting team to define, prototype, and deliver advanced simulation projects that is complete cross functional domians, meet client strategic objectives and technical acceptance criteria.
Required a high NVH /Durability testing & Simulation background.
Capable to develop new methods and process as a lead and architect
Competent in building 0d and 1d models and exposure to connect with physical infrastructure.
Capable to provide workable / feasible design solutions for all failure parts / systems
Capable in Setting benchmarking targets, analyzing CAE and physical test and correlation.
Collaborate across product and engineering teams to industrialize methodologies into scalable, productionized processes.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship: advise executive stakeholders, establish best practices, engineering workflows and agile delivery, and grow engineering talent.
Engage with clients to translate business needs into technical roadmaps, proposals, and measurable value demonstrations.
Required qualifications:
Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace, Applied Physics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Significant experience in developing new methods, process, working on engineering problems through simulation based approach from 0d to 3d , and delivering High quality consulting or production projects across globe.
Deep understanding of CAE (0d to 3d) , CFD, Test workflows , Multiphysics workflows
Strong architecture and system design skills for large‑scale simulation solutions, including GPU acceleration and numerical robustness tradeoffs.
Proven record of building prototypes and transitioning them into production workflows.
Excellent client communication skills and experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency and Hands on experience in Simulation softwares
Preferred / differentiators:
Direct experience integrating test and simulation workflows and 1D system models to transform to digital twins
Demonstrated ability to provide feasible design solutions with various optimization workflows
Experience in Testing process and Diagnosis the issues to solve problems.
Prior experience delivering solutions within Altair / Siemens product ecosystems is advantageous
Interest in developing a innovative and demonstrated prototypes is advantage
