What You'll Do:
- Lead and mentor a team of Quality Engineers
- Drive an automation-first testing strategy
- Build scalable automation frameworks
- Ensure quality across UI, API, Mobile, Performance & Security testing
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams
- Define quality metrics and champion continuous improvement
Preferred Experience:
- Product-based company background
- Strong hands-on automation expertise
- Framework design and architecture
- Cloud testing tools (LambdaTest, Applitools)
- Performance testing (JMeter)

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
