About the Role
Stichwell Exports Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a smart, analytical, and result-oriented Export Business Development Executive to support our international business expansion by identifying potential buyers, conducting global market research, and generating qualified export leads.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential overseas buyers, importers, distributors, and business partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new export opportunities and emerging markets.
- Generate qualified business leads through online research and trade platforms.
- Analyze competitors, international trade trends, and customer buying patterns.
- Prepare buyer databases, market reports, and business intelligence for management.
- Support the Export Sales Team in identifying and approaching prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, market research, and customer information.
- Use online trade portals, business directories, and market research tools to identify new opportunities.
Required Skills:
✔ Strong internet research and market analysis skills.
✔ Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
✔ Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
✔ Good written and spoken English.
✔ Strong attention to detail and report preparation skills.
✔ Knowledge of Volza, Panjiva, ImportYeti, Trade Map, Alibaba, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DGFT, or similar trade research platforms will be an added advantage.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA (International Business/Marketing) or Commerce background will be an added advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in Export Marketing, International Business, Market Research, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
- Fresh candidates with excellent research skills and advanced MS Excel knowledge may also be considered.
