SkyLan IT is a fast-growing company in GIS, Digital Marketing & Software Development. We’re looking for a creative Video Editor who can transform ideas into compelling video content for social media, campaigns, and client projects.
- Edit and produce short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads, etc.
- Work with raw footage, cut and arrange scenes, and add music, transitions, effects
- Collaborate with content writers and designers for script-based storytelling
- Add motion graphics, captions, and brand elements as required
- Optimize video formats for different platforms
- Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of edits
- Stay updated with trends in editing styles and formats
- Proficiency in editing tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar
- A strong sense of timing, visual rhythm, and storytelling
- Basic knowledge of color grading, audio syncing, and transitions
- Creative mindset and ability to bring fresh ideas
- Portfolio of previous video editing work (even personal/college projects)
- Self-motivated and open to feedback
