Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic professional to lead our Rating Analysis team as Associate Director. This role involves driving complex credit rating mandates, managing senior client relationships, overseeing analytical excellence and contributing to the firms growth. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial expertise with proven leadership capabilities and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Rating Analysis function and ensure high-quality, timely delivery of all assignments.
- Mentor team members, build team capability and drive succession planning.
- Guide credit rating strategies and review financial models, projections and credit assessments.
- Provide strategic advice on capital structuring, liquidity, leverage and risk mitigation.
- Serve as senior advisor to promoters, CFOs and leadership teams of clients.
- Lead discussions on rating outcomes, strategic direction and risk considerations.
- Manage senior-level engagement with rating agencies, including representation meetings and rating committee preparations.
- Ensure adherence to internal and industry standards.
- Establish review mechanisms and drive continuous process improvements.
Qualifications & Experience

CA / CMA /CFA / MBA (Finance)
- 10 - 12 years of post-qualification experience in credit rating advisory, rating agencies, banking, structured finance or corporate credit.
- Proven experience leading teams and overseeing multiple client mandates.
- Strong command over financial analysis, credit risk evaluation, capital structuring and rating frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and handle complex situations.
- Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
