Position Summary
The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating sales leads, developing customer relationships, and promoting the company's machinery and industrial solutions. The role requires a proactive approach to market development, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and industrial markets.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, exhibitions, and digital platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging industry trends.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Sales & Customer Acquisition
- Promote and sell the company's machinery and equipment solutions.
- Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery solutions.
- Coordinate with technical and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market developments.
- Identify new market segments and business opportunities.
- Provide regular feedback and market insights to management.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Update CRM and sales databases regularly.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
- BBA&MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Industrial Equipment/Machinery Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
