Construction Manager – Data Center | Civil & Interior
Experience: 5–7 years
Industry: Data Center / Commercial / Industrial Construction
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end civil and interior construction activities for data center floors.
Plan and execute works as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements and project schedule.
Coordinate with GC, MEP, architects, consultants, vendors and subcontractors.
Handle data center fit-out works including:
RCC/civil modifications
Blockwork, plastering and flooring
Epoxy/PU flooring
Raised access floor
False ceiling
Partition and drywall
Painting and finishing
Doors, fire-rated doors and architectural works
Toilet and wet-area works
External/associated civil works where required
Ensure proper coordination between civil/interior and MEP services, particularly in live data center environments.
Monitor subcontractor productivity, manpower, material availability and daily progress.
Review BOQ, quantities, RA bills, material reconciliation and variation works.
Ensure quality through ITP, inspections, mock-ups, checklists and snag closure.
Maintain strict compliance with HSE requirements and data center operational constraints.
Manage multiple activities/work fronts and achieve milestone dates.
Conduct daily/weekly progress meetings and prepare MIS/progress reports.
Handle client/consultant inspections, approvals and handover documentation.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
