Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect with 12+ years of overall IT experience and deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform, Customer Service Management (CSM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), App Engine, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions while providing technical leadership across the complete implementation lifecycle.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, Solution Architects, Product Owners, and development teams to define technical strategies, establish platform governance, and deliver enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives.
What will your role look like?

Design and architect scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions across Customer Service Management (CSM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM).

Lead technical architecture discussions, solution blueprint sessions, and technical design reviews.

Define platform governance, development standards, coding best practices, and reusable architecture patterns.

Design and develop enterprise applications using ServiceNow App Engine and low-code capabilities.

Architect and implement integrations with enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and other integration technologies.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Provide technical leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Lead ServiceNow platform upgrades, performance optimization, instance health assessments, and modernization initiatives.

Mentor developers and technical leads by providing architectural guidance and code quality reviews.

Identify technical risks, dependencies, and optimization opportunities while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

Ensure solutions comply with ServiceNow best practices, security standards, governance policies, and scalability requirements.

Expertise in designing integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, OAuth, and MID Servers.

Strong JavaScript development knowledge, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions.

Experience conducting architecture workshops, solution demonstrations, and technical governance reviews.

Ability to define technical roadmaps, architecture standards, and reusable solution patterns.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and leadership skills.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Exposure to ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, SAM, and Discovery.

Experience with Automation Engine, IntegrationHub ETL, and enterprise integration platforms.

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

TOGAF, ITIL 4 Foundation, or other enterprise architecture certifications.

Experience leading large-scale digital transformation and ServiceNow platform modernization initiatives.
