Job Description:
Manipal Hospitals is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse to join our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with medical procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate care as needed.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.
Skills and Tools Required:
- Bachelor?s degree in Nursing or equivalent nursing qualification.
- Valid nursing license as per local regulatory requirements.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare technology.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification and familiarity with advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) procedures is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
