We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Network & IT Infrastructure Intern to join our IT team. This internship will provide hands-on experience with real-world networking tasks, system setups, and infrastructure support. You will work closely with the Network & IT Infrastructure Manager and gain practical knowledge in managing networks, supporting users, and maintaining IT systems across the organization.

Assist in configuring, maintaining, and monitoring LAN/WAN networks and wireless setups.

Support troubleshooting activities related to network connectivity, system performance, and user access issues.

Help manage and maintain IT hardware like routers, switches, servers, and firewalls.

Provide support for end-users regarding basic network, printer, and system-related issues.

Document technical issues, resolutions, and assist in maintaining the IT knowledge base.

Participate in network audits, inventory management, and infrastructure upgrades.

Learn and assist with data backups, security protocols, and server maintenance.

Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN)
