About the Role
We are a fast-paced design and print studio working on a wide range of projects, from corporate stationery and commercial print materials to ministry requirements and custom wedding designs.
We are looking for a Graphic Designer & Studio Coordinator who can combine strong design skills with excellent organization, client communication, and print-production knowledge.
This is a hands-on role. You will be the link between clients, the design team, and the production/finishing floor, making sure every job is clearly understood, correctly designed, properly approved, and delivered on time.
Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in clients and WhatsApp enquiries.
- Understand client requirements and provide basic quotes.
- Follow up with clients for artwork approvals and changes.
- Record and track jobs in our job-management system.
- Create and edit designs using CorelDRAW.
- Prepare artwork for printing.
- Check fonts, sizes, bleeds, colours, images, and vector quality.
- Coordinate with the production and finishing teams.
- Check artwork before it goes to production.
- Assist the design team during busy periods.
Requirements
- Good working knowledge of CorelDRAW – required.
- Basic to good graphic design skills.
- Understanding of vector artwork and print preparation.
- Good attention to detail.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Able to manage multiple jobs and deadlines.
- Willing to learn and work as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a print shop or design studio is an advantage.
Experience
- Junior to Intermediate level.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Fresh candidates with good CorelDRAW skills and a suitable portfolio may also be considered.
