Key Responsibilities:
Client Handling & Follow-ups
· Handle inbound/outbound calls and inquiries from potential clients
· Respond to leads received through website, social media, and marketing campaigns
· Understand client requirements and provide basic information about services
· Share details with the sales team for quotation and further discussion
· Follow up with clients to ensure closure
Coordination & Support
· Schedule meetings
· Coordinate internally to ensure timely response to clients
· Maintain professional communication with clients at all times
Data Management
· Maintain accurate records of inquiries and follow-ups
· Update Excel / Airtable with client details and call status
· Prepare daily and weekly call reports
Conversion Support
· Assist sales team in tracking potential clients
· Ensure proper follow-up until booking confirmation or closure
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· 1–3 years experience in Telecalling / Customer Support / Telesales
· Excellent communication skills in Tamil & English (Hindi will be an added advantage)
· Polite, confident, and professional
· Strong follow-up skills
· Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
· Ability to handle multiple client conversations efficiently
· Organized and detail-oriented
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
