Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
- Counsel students regarding courses, career opportunities, and fee structure.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by understanding student requirements.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with the admissions and operations team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Resolve basic queries and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and Punjabi. Basic English communication is an advantage.
- Sales or education counseling experience is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional.

- Ability to build trust with students and parents.
- Confident in handling phone calls and face-to-face counseling.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Salary & Benefits
