Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Chittaranjan Avenue, Kolkata
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator to manage day-to-day office operations, support administrative tasks, and ensure smooth functioning of our Kolkata office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors, and direct them appropriately.
- Maintain office records, inventory, and ensure availability of supplies.
- Assist in HR and accounts coordination, including attendance, leave records, and basic billing support.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel plans, and office events.
- Supervise housekeeping and office maintenance activities.
- Handle vendor management and procurement of office essentials.
- Prepare and manage office reports, data entry, and MIS updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in administration/office management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email handling.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
Work Schedule:
- Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
