Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness, website traffic, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have expertise in digital marketing strategies, campaign management, analytics, and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Lead SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize ROI across channels.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and sales teams to execute marketing campaigns.
- Oversee website content, landing pages, and user experience improvements.
- Plan and execute lead generation, remarketing, and conversion optimization campaigns.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, AI tools, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4).
- Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–7 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta certifications are an advantage.
