ZeTechno is looking for an enterprise-level ServiceNow Techno-Functional Consultant who shall serve as a Team Lead and an SME on large enterprise-level ServiceNow deployments across the globe. This role requires experience in application design and implementation of various ServiceNow modules and custom application development.
Should be an SME on ServiceNow functionality and collaborate with clients and project teams.
Should be experienced in Architecting, designing, testing, and implementing the ServiceNow Platform and Custom Applications.
Must be experienced in ServiceNow ITSM, and ITOM/ITBM module implementations and Integrations
Service Portal experience is a must.
Should be able to assist and support the pre-sales teams besides providing technical expertise to ServiceNow Development teams.
Possesses good communication skills and is adept at client-facing roles.
The ideal consultant should have ServiceNow Certifications and ITIL v3Foundation Certification.
The experienced and certified professional should be detail-oriented and achieve goals within the time frame standards If your profile matches the above-mentioned requirements.
Can accommodate multiple projects if required.
