The Role
This is a ground-floor business development hire reporting directly to the founders. You'll own the top of our sales funnel finding the right prospects, qualifying them, and building the pipeline that fuels our growth. It's a high-ownership role with a clear path to Business Development Manager / Account Executive.
What You'll Do
- Generate and qualify B2B leads across our target markets (GCC, Europe, US, India) through outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, email, calls) and inbound follow-up.
- Research target accounts in our core verticals and identify genuine fit before booking discovery calls for the founders / solutions team.
- Own and maintain our HubSpot CRM clean pipeline, accurate deal stages, and disciplined activity logging.
- Support proposal and SOW preparation in coordination with the technical/pre-sales team.
- Help drive our AWS co-sell motion — spotting and registering eligible deals.
- Nurture conversations toward recurring, retainer-based engagements — not just one-off projects.
- Consistently hit monthly targets for qualified opportunities created and pipeline generated.
What We're Looking For
- [1–3] years of B2B business development or inside sales, ideally in IT services, SaaS, or cloud.
- Excellent written and verbal English — you'll speak with international clients daily.
- Strong research, prospecting, and follow-up discipline; comfortable with CRM tools.
- A self-starter who's target-driven and thrives with ownership.
Bonus Points
- Exposure to AWS / cloud / DevOps / managed-services selling.
- Experience selling into GCC, Europe, or US markets.
- Familiarity with consultative or solution-based selling.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
