ABOUT US:
Bain & Company is a global consultancy that helps the world’s most ambitious change-makers define the future. Across 65 offices in 40 countries, we work alongside our clients as one team with a shared ambition to achieve extraordinary results, outperform the competition, and redefine industries. Since our founding in 1973, we have measured our success by the success of our clients, and we proudly maintain the highest level of client advocacy in the industry.
In 2004, the firm established its presence in the Indian market by opening the Bain Capability Center (BCC) in New Delhi. The BCC is now known as BCN (Bain Capability Network) with its nodes across various geographies. Expert Client Delivery (ECD) is an integral unit of BCN. ECD plays a critical role as it adds value to Bain's case teams globally by supporting them with analytics and research solutions across all industries, specific domains for corporate cases, client development, private equity diligence, and Bain intellectual property.

- Take responsibility for work planning, stream allocation, workload management, and timely delivery of zero-defect output.
- Contribute to capability building within the team, including coaching, training, and selective support on office-building initiatives such as recruitment and knowledge development.
About You
- Candidate should be an MBA from top-tier College with strong academic records with 3-5 years of experience in consulting for ENR clients.
- Sector knowledge & experience of global Utilities & Renewables, including value chains, market structures, business models, regulatory dynamics, and key strategic trends
- Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following: US Utilities, EMEA Utilities, Global Renewables
- Prior consulting experience, ideally with exposure to strategy, performance improvement, transformation, or analytics-led problem solving in the energy sector
- Experience managing small teams in a consulting, analytics, or client delivery environment
- Strong track record of solving complex business problems through structured analysis and clear recommendation development
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and working in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
Required capabilities

- Demonstrated interest in developing innovative solutions and products using new technologies, data assets, and analytical approaches
What Will Make You Successful
- You bring credible, practitioner-level insight into Utilities & Renewables rather than only general energy experience
- You can move fluidly between sector expertise, team leadership, and hands-on analytical problem solving
- You are energised by building new solutions, not only executing existing approaches
- You are comfortable operating globally and collaborating with Bain stakeholders across geographies and case contexts
- You balance client impact, team development, and capability building
