SAP MDG Techno-Functional Consultant:
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP MDG Techno-Functional Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of master data governance solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise and functional knowledge in SAP MDG, with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions in master data governance projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP MDG solutions.

Develop and enhance custom objects, including UI components, BRF+ rules, workflows, and data models.

Design and implement data models, replication frameworks, and integration scenarios with SAP and non-SAP systems.

Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather requirements and provide solutions.

Oversee unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

Prepare detailed technical and functional documentation; conduct training sessions for end-users and support teams.

Stay updated with the latest SAP MDG features and best practices; recommend and implement improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.
Technical Skills:

Expertise in SAP MDG for Material Master, Vendor Master, Customer Master, and Business Partner.

Proficient in ABAP, BRF+, FPM, and UI5/Fiori development.

Experience with SAP PI/PO, IDocs, BAPIs, and ALE/IDocs for data integration.

Knowledge of S/4HANA architecture and integration with SAP MDG.

Understanding of data governance principles and best practices in SAP environments.
Functional Skills:

Strong understanding of master data processes in areas such as procurement, sales, and supply chain.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Configure SAP MDG applications to meet business needs while ensuring system integrity.

Conduct thorough testing to validate solutions against business requirements.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) is preferred.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP MDG, with at least 3 years in a techno-functional role.
