Wood Square Technologies is looking for a dynamic and career-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our growing sales operations for AV, IT, and electronic product solutions across India.
The role involves coordination with both end customers and dealer partners, handling inquiries, quotations, order processing, and sales follow-ups.
We are looking for candidates who want to build a long-term career in corporate sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming sales inquiries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Coordinate with dealers/distributors for orders and product updates
- Communicate with end customers for requirements and follow-ups
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and product proposals
- Process orders and coordinate dispatch with warehouse/logistics
- Maintain lead and sales data in CRM/Excel
- Follow up for payments and pending orders
- Support the sales team in achieving closure targets
Candidate Requirements
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) – Preferred
- Graduates with relevant experience may apply
- Fresher & experienced both welcome
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Email drafting & coordination skills required
- Knowledge of MS Excel & basic sales processes
