Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Head to lead the human resources function at our Vadodara office.
The ideal candidate will bring strong domain expertise from the Stock Broking or Wealth Management or Service industry
industry and will be responsible for driving talent strategy, organizational development, employee
engagement, and HR operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
● Design and drive the overall HR strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans
● Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for critical, leadership, and bulk hiring needs
● Build and oversee performance management systems, appraisal cycles, and career development
frameworks
● Develop and implement compensation and benefits structures benchmarked to industry standards
● Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and retention initiatives
● Oversee HR compliance, statutory requirements, and labor law adherence
● Partner with leadership team as a strategic advisor on organizational structure and workforce
planning
● Lead HR operations including payroll oversight, HRMS implementation, and policy governance
● Manage learning & development programs to build organizational capability
● Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution
● Monitor HR metrics and present insights to leadership for data-driven decision-making
● Build and mentor the HR team to ensure high-quality service delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications
● MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field
● 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–4 years in a leadership role
● Relevant experience in the Stock Broking or Wealth Management industry is mandatory
● Strong understanding of compensation structures, labor laws, and statutory compliance
● Proven experience leading talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational
development
● Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
● Strong analytical ability with experience using HR metrics and HRMS platforms
● Ability to work closely with senior leadership and drive strategic HR initiatives
Preferred
● Prior experience as HR Head/HR Business Partner within a broking, financial services, or wealth
management firm
● Exposure to SEBI/regulatory compliance requirements relevant to financial services HR
● Experience managing HR for a multi-location or fast-growing organization.
