Key Responsibilities:

Calendar Management: Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient use of the CEO's time.

Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries directed to the CEO. Screen and prioritize incoming communications, responding on behalf of the CEO when appropriate.

Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the CEO, including drafting correspondence, preparing presentations, and organizing documents and files. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Meeting Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of meetings, conferences, and events attended by the CEO. Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up actions as required.

Travel Arrangements: Arrange domestic and international travel for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visa requirements. Prepare travel itineraries and expense reports in a timely manner.

Task Management: Manage tasks and action items assigned by the CEO, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed accurately. Follow up on outstanding items and provide regular progress updates.

Special Projects: Assist the CEO in various special projects and initiatives, including research, analysis, and presentation preparation. Take initiative to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements
