Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
- Handle ERP and CRM software updates, data entry, and record maintenance.
- Conduct inbound and outbound telecalling to prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, quotations, payments, and service requests through phone calls.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and maintain regular customer communication.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate customer databases, call logs, follow-up records, and prepare periodic reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
- Handle documentation, filing, email correspondence, and office records.
- Support management with administrative tasks and operational reporting.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Experience working with ERP and CRM systems.
- Strong telecalling, lead generation, follow-up, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Tamil, English, Hindi, and Kannada (Mandatory).
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate / Diploma Holder.
- Relevant experience in administration, CRM/ERP handling, customer support, telecalling, telesales, or customer coordination preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and telecalling skills may also apply.
