Role Overview:
The Sales Executive is the face of the dealership. They guide customers through the buying process, from the initial showroom greeting to final vehicle delivery, ensuring a smooth and consultative sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Advisory: Greet walk-in customers, understand their commuting needs, and pitch the right two-wheeler models, features, and fuel options (Petrol/EV).
- Test Drives: Organize and accompany customers on test rides, highlighting vehicle handling, safety features, and performance.
- Deal Closure: Explain pricing structures, exchange offers, finance plans, and insurance options to close sales.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly vehicle sales and accessory targets.
- Relationship Management: Maintain follow-ups with prospective buyers and generate referrals from existing customers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or degree; prior retail or automotive sales experience is a big plus.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.

2. Two-Wheeler Field Executive
Role Overview:
The Field Executive handles on-the-ground, outdoor operations. Whether it is generating B2B leads, managing hyper-local promotions, handling collections, or tracking vehicle assets, this role requires high mobility and stamina.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Outreach: Visit local markets, residential areas, or corporate hubs to generate leads and distribute promotional materials.
- On-Site Visits: Conduct customer visits for verification, documentation, or payment collections (depending on the specific business focus).
- B2B Coordination: Pitch vehicle fleets or leasing options to local businesses, delivery agencies, or logistics partners.
- Reporting: Maintain daily logs of field visits, customer feedback, and lead statuses using mobile apps or CRM tools.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; comfort working primarily outdoors/on the road.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a self-motivated attitude.
- Mandatory: Must own a personal two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
