Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT services and software solutions
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Present company services (web development, software solutions, IT etc.) to clients
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals
- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports
- Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and meetings
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of IT services/products (Web, Software, Digital, SaaS, etc.)
- Knowledge of lead generation tools and LinkedIn sales outreach
- Negotiation and closing skills
- Basic understanding of CRM tools
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
