Role Overview
We’re looking for a freelance marketing writer focused on short-form content and skit writing (primary ~60–70%) for digital platforms. This is a project/output-driven role requiring original thinking, sharp hooks, and relatable storytelling.
Scope of Work
1. Skit & Short-Form Writing
- Write scripts for reels, ads, and short-form videos
- Develop engaging hooks, concepts, and storytelling formats
- Ensure content feels natural, relatable, and non-generic
2. Marketing Copy
- Write captions, ad copy, and promotional messaging
- Support store launches, offers, and campaigns
3. Content Coordination
- Collaborate with video/design teams for execution
- Contribute to content ideas when needed
Requirements
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to write engaging, human-first content
- Understanding of social media formats (reels-first ecosystem ~70%)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and audience behavior
Important Note on AI Usage
- You may use AI as a tool
- However, core thinking and writing must be yours
- If scripts feel generic or AI-generated, it is a deal breaker
Nice to Have
- Experience in skit writing, reels, or ad scripts
- Background in media, communications, or content creation

Selection Process
- Shortlisted candidates will receive a test assignment
- Final selection based on originality, clarity, and execution

- 20+ scripts/month (can scale up/down)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
