What we are looking for:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with 3 - 6 years of experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in backend development using Python/Node.js , a good understanding of Golang (nice to have) , and hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks like React.js and Next.js .
You should be comfortable working across the stack, designing robust APIs, handling large-scale data systems, and building intuitive user interfaces. A strong focus on clean architecture, performance, scalability, and maintainability is essential.
What you will do:
· Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications (frontend + backend)
· Build scalable backend services using Python (FastAPI/Django) or Node.js
· Implement concurrent and high-performance systems (async processing, multithreading, etc.)
· Develop responsive and performant frontend applications using React.js and Next.js
· Design and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL based services
· Work with databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch for structured and unstructured data
· Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to deliver high-quality features
· Write reusable, modular, and well-documented code
· Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging
· Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
· Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments using Docker
