Position: AR Caller –Physician Billing
Experience Required: 1–4 Years
Domain: US Healthcare – Dental RCMWe are looking for experienced and detail-oriented AR Callers with strong expertise in AR Physician Billing. If you have solid RCM knowledge, excellent communication skills, and end-to-end AR experience, we’d love to connect with you!
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Contact insurance companies to check claim status.
- Resolve denials, rejections, and discrepancies.
- Escalate unresolved claims when necessary.
- Clarify outstanding balances with patients.
- Educate patients on insurance coverage and payment responsibilities.
- Collect co-pays, deductibles, or unpaid balances.
- Ensure claims are processed within payer timelines.
- Reduce Accounts Receivable (AR) days by proactive follow-up.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions.
- Identify reasons for delayed or denied payments.
- Coordinate with billing teams to correct errors.
- Re-submit corrected claims promptly.
