Core Responsibilities
- Design & Planning: Create detailed blueprints, site plans, and 3D models using CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Client Collaboration: Meet with clients to define project requirements, budgets, and timelines.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- Project Management: Coordinate with contractors, structural engineers, and specialists to manage construction progress.
- Site Supervision: Perform on-site visits to ensure construction adheres to architectural plans and standards
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
