Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to handle students from Grades I to V. The teacher will be responsible for creating an engaging, inclusive, and child-friendly learning environment while delivering lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum and NEP 2020 guidelines. The ideal candidate should foster students’ academic, social, emotional, and creative development.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lesson plans as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Teach subjects such as English, Mathematics, EVS, and other assigned subjects for primary grades.
- Use activity-based, experiential, and child-centered teaching methodologies.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess and monitor students’ academic performance through assignments, projects, worksheets, and assessments.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and progress reports.
- Provide regular feedback to parents during PTMs and through communication channels.
- Encourage creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and participation among students.
- Integrate technology, smart boards, and digital tools into classroom teaching.
- Support co-curricular activities, school events, assemblies, and competitions.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Ensure discipline and adherence to school policies and child protection guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- B.Ed./D.El.Ed. is mandatory.
- CTET qualification preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and teaching skills may also apply.

- Proficiency in MS Office, smart boards, and online teaching tools.
